Working with the client team at project inception to facilitate the right procurement strategy and recommendation of the most appropriate form of contract and/or contractor selection taking into account the client’s organisation, in-house expertise and resources and ensuring that the client’s risks in respect of safety, quality compromise, programme and budget are mitigated. INVITATION TO TENDER PREPARATION AND TENDER MANAGEMENT
