UPGRADE OF MARBLE BAR ROAD, MCPHEE MINE

An upgrade of 92km of Marble Bar Road to a two-lane sealed road, enhancing safety and connectivity for emergency services and local communities. Rimkus was seconded into HanRoy’s team to provide claim, contract, and procurement management services.
HAYS POINT COAL TERMINAL

Situated at the Port of Hay Point, 38km south of Mackay, and recognised as one of the largest and most efficient coal terminals globally. Rimkus provided procurement support to the contractor for the SABR Shiploader 2 and Berth Replacement Project.
KEMERTON LITHIUM PLANT

The plant was developed to produce Lithium Hydroxide, Sodium Sulphate Anhydrous (SSA), and Delithiated Beta Spodumene (DBS). Rimkus initially supported Trains 1 and 2 with site-based quantity surveyors managing contract and commercial administration through to final account. Rimkus was re-engaged to provide procurement and contract services for Trains 3-5, integrating specialist consultants into Albemarle's Project Team to manage major work packages aligned with budget targets.
RIDLEY MAGNETITE PROJECT

Located less than 60km from Port Hedland. Rimkus supported HanRoy’s feasibility study by managing contracts across their lifecycle, including quantum assessments, variations, negotiations, closures, and financial reporting to mitigate risk and ensure smooth operations.

PARABURDOO AIRPORT ASPHALT OVERLAY PROJECT

The works involved manufacturing, delivery, and laying of circa 15,000 tonnes of asphalt across the runway, taxiway, and apron. Rimkus was engaged by a Tier 1 Contractor in providing a first principles hard dollar project estimate and the development of a basis of estimate ubmission for the Paraburdoo Runway tender.
MARDIE SALT AND POTASH PROJECT

Developed by BCI Minerals in the Pilbara region, this project aims to become Australia’s largest solar salt operation. Rimkus provided contract and commercial management support services to the project delivery team.
