Construction of a 37km extension of an existing metrorail system. During construction, a cast segment for one of the railway portions of the project was damaged and had to be recast. By the time the insured returned to the pre-incident position, the project was delayed by 13 days as a result of the incident.

Engaged to analyse the full extent of the delay and assess the validity of the mitigation worksand the associated costs.

A major light railway project was delayed when a sinkhole opened up above tunnelling works causing lengthy delays to the project.

Instructed to undertake a schedule analysis of the project to determine whether the forecasted delays were solely due to the sinkhole event or whether there were nonincident- related delays to the project that would have occurred in any event.
