Construction of 1,200km freight and passenger network extending across the United Arab Emirates, from the border of Saudi Arabia to the border of Oman, with an estimated investment of US$11bn.
Engaged to carry out a consolidated delay and disruption analysis, prepared retrospectively, in accordance with the subcontract agreement and SCL Delay and Disruption Protocol. Also prepared an associated loss and expense claim.

Construction of six metro lines spanning a total length of 176km, with 85 stations and a cost to build of US$22.5bn.
Engaged to prepare a consolidated cost claim and extension of time claim for the recovery of prolongation and disruption costs, due to various delay and disruption events experienced by the contractor during performance of the works. Subsequently quantified various direct costs incurred due to the spread of COVID-19 and the associated changes in law established in Saudi Arabia to curtail the spread of the virus between March and July 2022.
