Seconded a commercial team into the client’s office to lead the commercial function of the tender process and prepare a high-level programme of works to understand the duration and critical path of the works. Our involvement on this project aided TfNSW in the preparation of its tender documents.

Initially engaged to manage the tender commercial negotiations for a JV partner contractor and later to provide commercial, claims and strategy support to the JV during delivery.
